The incumbent should be CA or MBA Finance from a reputed institute
with 8 to 10 years experience of which at least 4 years should be as
Sr. Manager Finance in a large organization. Should possess exemplary
leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills. Excellent
contacts with banks and knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage.
This position reports to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Annual Revenue, Capital Expenditure and Working Capital
Budget. Responsible for day-to-day Accounting, preparing P& L Account,
Balance sheet and monthly & daily cash flows besides liasoning with
statutory auditors. Ensuring the implementation of Oracle Software for
accounting transactions, monitoring of payments and managing working
capital.
Secretary to CEO

We require a regular lady Secretary around 30 years of age with 4+
years relevant experience. The Candidate should be a graduate with a
good command of English & be able to handle regular Secretarial
functions such as Screening Telephone Calls, Liaison & Follow-up with
Internal & External Sources, Coordination with Branches, Checking of
Daily PNL'S,preparation of Standard MIS & other Reports,
Correspondence through E-Mail & letters, proper E & Hard Copy Filing
for quick Retrieval & managing my routine office functions in my
absence.
Incumbent should be smart with pleasing personality and should possess
excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing draft petitions, plants and to look after the
matters relating to land,labour etc. in high court and other courts.
Issue notices and also reply to them.

Taking care of Company & Group Companies Cases.

Documentation, Finalizing Contracts.

Take preemptive actions to avoid litigations.

Precaution to reduce claims.

Interact with customers for settlements.

Ensuret and suggest for statutory compliances.

Liason with senior counsels, Advocates in respect of
due deligence and documentation and also for pending court
litigation.

Like agenda for sale, sale deed, Hypothecation, Lease
Deed, Leave & License, Service Agreements And franchisee, Agents
etc.
